About the event
The annual general meeting will include presentation of reports from President Barry, Secretary Claire and tabling of audited accounts by Treasurer Trevor.
There will also be a report on the 54th Carnival including an assessment of the "Allies" concept and whether it should continue.
It is also anticipated there will be some discussion of the program for Season 23/24.
Come along and have your say in how the Association is run.
The meeting will normally run for about an hour and will be followed by a round of drinks on the Assocaiton.
