August 31 set for this year's trip to Wallaroo Bowling Club
RSL Bowls' annual visit to Wallaroo this year is set for Sunday 31 August.
Once again we go up against one of the Copper Triangle's strongest clubs and we would love to see as many of you go along as can make it.
This is one of our most popular trips where we get to play on one of the best indoor facilities in the country. The great people at Wallaroo will put on a sausage sizzle lunch for us, prior to start of play.
Those travelling by coach will arrive at the club in plenty of time for some pre-lunch practice - probably much needed for most of us. 😁😁
Pick up points for the coach are at Marion RSL, Lockleys Hotel and Ampol Bolivar as usual. Details are on the event flyer.
Those travelling direct should time their arrival for about 1130 hrs or earlier.
Don't forget that this is an open event. Entry can be team or single. Teams can be all RSL, or any mixture of RSL and civvies. Whilst we generally prefer that an RSL Bowls member skip the team, it is not essential. Details for entries are also on the attached event flyer.
